All of your TradeLocker trading accounts share one single password. This password is provided when your first TradeLocker trading account is created.
If you can’t find or don’t remember your TradeLocker password, you can:
Reuse the original password that was sent when your first TradeLocker account was opened, or
Change your password in the Backoffice by:
Logging into the Backoffice
Going to “Accounts” in the menu
Selecting your TradeLocker account
Using the “Change password” function
Once changed, the new password will apply to all your TradeLocker trading accounts.
