You cannot withdraw funds directly from the TradeLocker platform to your personal wallet or bank account. All withdrawals must be initiated through the Pips Markets Backoffice.
To withdraw funds from your TradeLocker account:
Log in to the Pips Markets Backoffice:
Go to https://my.pipsmarkets.com/ and sign in.Use Internal Transfer:
Move funds from your TradeLocker trading account to your Pips Markets Backoffice wallet using the “Internal Transfer” function.Request a withdrawal:
Once the funds are in your Backoffice wallet, you can create a withdrawal request using one of the available withdrawal methods.
