Incorrect username or password:
Make sure you are entering the correct username (your Pips Markets Backoffice email address) and the correct password (the one you received when your first TradeLocker account was created via email and Backoffice notification).Server selection:
Ensure you are logging into the correct server:
Use “PIPS” as the server name when connecting to TradeLocker.Account type / environment:
Check that you are logging into the correct environment – either DEMO or LIVE – depending on which type of TradeLocker account you are trying to access.
