Clients cannot change the leverage of their TradeLocker trading accounts by themselves.
If you want to change your account leverage, please:
Submit a support ticket via the Backoffice: https://my.pipsmarkets.com/support
Include your TradeLocker account ID
Specify the new leverage you would like to use
Please note:
We can only change the leverage for Forex (FX) instruments.
The default leverage after account opening is 1:500.
We can change your FX leverage to 1:1, 1:10, 1:15, 1:30, 1:100 or 1:200.
After the leverage is changed in TradeLocker, the CRM may still display 1:500. This is because the CRM always shows the leverage that was set at the time of account creation.
You can see the actual (updated) leverage directly inside TradeLocker by checking the “Details” section of any FX symbol.
