How can I delete or deactivate my account?

Deleting trading accounts and deactivating your Pips Markets user account.

Please first clarify whether you want to remove a trading account or your user account.

  • Deleting a trading account:
    Individual trading accounts can be deleted. Simply contact our support team in the Backoffice (https://my.pipsmarkets.com/support) and let them know which trading account ID should be removed.

  • Deactivating a user account:
    User accounts cannot be fully deleted due to regulatory and anti–money laundering (AML) obligations. We are required to retain financial records for a certain period.
    However, we can deactivate your user account upon request. To do so, please contact our support team in the Backoffice (https://my.pipsmarkets.com/support) and ask to initiate the deactivation process.
