What is the process for changing my email address?

How to change the email linked to your Pips Markets user account and trading accounts.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the email address of a registered user or a created trading account.

If you want to use a new email address, a new user account must be created with that new email, and also new trading accounts under the new user.

Please follow these steps:

  • Sign up again with your new email address and complete the user registration.

  • Submit a support ticket in the Backoffice (https://my.pipsmarkets.com/support) explaining your case and providing your old email address

  • Our support staff will verify your new user account manually. You do not need to go through the KYC process again or re-upload your documents.
