The KYC process for Pips Markets is handled by our verification partner Sumsub.
Common rejection reasons include:
Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to open a live trading account.
Poor photo quality: Your document photo may be blurry, cropped, too dark, or otherwise unclear.
Selfie mismatch: The selfie you provide does not match the photo on your ID document.
Regulation violations or compromised person: Your profile is rejected based on Sumsub’s internal risk assessment. Unfortunately, this decision is outside our control. In such cases, please reach out directly to Sumsub support for more details.
