What is the drawdown rule on Prime 20X?

Prime 20X drawdown explained (5% equity, static).

Updated this week

Prime 20X has one risk rule:

  • Max total drawdown: 5% of the initial balance

    -> Measured on equity: includes floating P/L

    ->Static: always calculated from the initial balance (not trailing)

    ->No daily drawdown rule

Example:
If you buy a $20,000 Prime 20X account, the max drawdown is $1,000, so your minimum equity is $19,000.
