What should I do if my deposit is not credited to my account?

Steps to take if your deposit has not arrived in your Pips Markets Backoffice wallet.

If your deposit is not credited to your Backoffice wallet within the expected time, please follow these steps:

  • Verify that the funds were sent:
    Double-check that the payment was successfully completed on your side (crypto transaction, card payment, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Check the status in the Backoffice:
    Log in to the Pips Markets Backoffice, go to “Wallet”, and review the “In-out requests” list to see the current status of your deposit.

  • Contact support if it’s still missing:
    If the deposit has not been credited and the status is unclear or stuck, contact our support team in the Backoffice: https://my.pipsmarkets.com/support
    Please include your transaction details (amount, currency/coin, time, transaction ID/hash, and payment method) so we can investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.
