If your deposit request shows the status “waiting for money” in the Backoffice, it means:
You have created a deposit request, but
Pips Markets has not yet received your funds.
In this case, please complete the payment from your side (for example, send the crypto, complete the bank transfer, or finalize the payment through your chosen method).
Once the funds arrive and are confirmed, the status will update automatically and your deposit will be credited to your Backoffice wallet.
